Birth Support with me includes antenatal sessions to help you understand your birth choices and to prepare you, body and mind, to meet birth with trust and confidence.

During your birth, I work alongside your medical providers and your birth partner(s) by offering emotional grounding, experience, and coping tools. Unlike your midwife or obstetrician, my role is solely centered on your desires, your experience, and your autonomy.

Postnatally, I offer continued care by supporting you to process your birth experience and settle into your new rhythms with confidence.

My Birth Support Package includes:
  • Free consultation

  • Three antenatal meetings, one virtual and two in person, to meet and discuss your birth preferences and to help you prepare for birth. This includes a session about postnatal preparation and breastfeeding if you feel this is something you would like to do. Each session is 90-120 minutes.

  • Tools and resources to understand and develop your birth preferences, navigate medical care, and increase your confidence

  • Unlimited email and text support

  • A 24/7 on-call period starting ten days before your due date and ending when you give birth

  • Support for the duration of your labour and birth, and remaining with you after the birth until you are comfortable and settled with your baby

  • Two postnatal home visits to process the birth, provide feeding support, and give you a chance to talk about anything else you need. Each visit is up to 90 minutes.

  • Support by phone for the two weeks after birth
